Iron Palm - D0086-50 Day 86. Going well. Hitting the bag, probably way to hard.
Dealt with left inner thumb bone bruise. 4th and 5th Metacarpals are a bit jacked also from the last too days. I adjust my backward smash to make it more parallel to the bag. My new motto is "Don't be stingy with the jow."
