"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Pullups - 10/10/8/8/7/7/8/8  = 66
Pushups - 14/10/10/9/8/7/8/9 = 75
Situps - 10/10/10/10/10/9/10/10 = 79
Squats - 11/12/12/13/13/13/13/14 = 101

Total = 321

good workout, should have had more squats at least one -two reps per round

I was on the pullup bar usually within 5 seconds of stopping shadow box, and finished pullups and pushups in about 35-40 seconds, leaving about 20 sec rest per round.

Chest to Floor and Lift Hand Pushup totally change the equation, a deeper full range movement, it breaks the rebound effect and gives a better concentric contraction and it requires more core engagement and focus
