10 Kettlebell Push Press Left
10 Kettlebell Push Press Right
10 Overhead Lunge Walk Steps  w/ 15lb Plate

Good solid "all-arounder"  Will punish the lungs after a while.  Some side stitches too.  Cardio needs some work.
