20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
as RX'd

First round was my warm-up
Strong and consistent. Did not go all out.
Could shave 1-2 minutes with more effort and 3-4 killing myself.
I'd shoot for ave. 4:20 to 4:30 next time.
So 21:30-22:00
